The Grand Rapids Branch has the following fundraising events:

  1. Galaxy Awards.
  2. Cadillac Kidney Walk.
  3. Grand Rapids Kidney Walk.
  4. Muskegon Kidney Walk.
  5. Grand Rapids Cadillac golf.
  6. Grand Rapids Golf Marathon.
  7. Texas Hold 'em Tournament
  8. Grand Rapids chapter fundraising events (Bowlathon, Garage Sale, Craft Bazaar).
The Grand Rapids Branch programs are:
  1. African-American salon program in Grand Rapids ("Heart of a Community").
  2. Healthy Hair Starts with a Healthy Body - DOT
  3. Community education (prevention, organ donation) and screenings in Western Michigan.
  4. Assist with all patient empowerment programs such as RISE & Peer Resource Consulting.
  5. Family and Patient Support Group.
  6. West Michigan Symposium
  7. Assistance with KICK high school education program.
  8. Assistance with Kids and Kidneys schoold education program.
  9. Peer Mentoring program
  10. Dodge the Punch Barbershop Campaign
