2020 Charity Navigator Four Star Rating

We are proud to announce that the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan has earned 13 consecutive 4-star ratings from Charity Navigator, the nation's leading charity evaluator. Receiving four out of a possible four stars indicates that the NKFM adheres to good governance and other best practices that minimize the chance of unethical activities and consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way. Only 1% of the charities rated have received at least 13 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that National Kidney Foundation of Michigan outperforms most other charities in America. This “exceptional” designation from Charity Navigator differentiates the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan from its peers and demonstrates to the public that we are worthy of their trust.
